Personal Development training program incorporates assignments, games and audio videos, role play to reinforce the learning and enhance the takeaways. Introduction – Personal Development

LCCI GQ’s training programs - Personal Development is a 30-hour training program accredited by Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), Scotland.

Training Program Aims to Provide:

  • Basic preparatory skills and processes that are needed to bring about positive personal change and development

  • Ways to bring change

  • Candidates with a range of skills, techniques and attitudes essential for successful performance in the workplace

  • Candidates to construct an action plan for self- development

Training Objective:

After successfully completing this training, candidates will be able to demonstrate skills and understanding of:

  • Need for self- development

  • Process of self- development

  • Identifying the advantage of setting goal for success

  • Ways to improve their image (in your personal life through communication skills, grooming skills time management and networking skills)

  • Help the participant understand themselves; their adolescent’s stage and establish positive behavior

  • Developing a basic personal file or record of achievement

  • Various personal behaviors that contribute to success

Certification Criteria:

Participants shall be awarded Certificate of Attendance from LCCI GQ. Participants have to meet following criteria to be eligible to obtain certificate:

  • 75 % attendance.

  • Submission of assignments.
